Powder Matte Lip Stains are designed to have a powder finish on the lips. It’s liquid at the first application but turns matte as it dries. It is highly pigmented so a few dabs goes a long way! You may apply as much or as less as you want depending on your preference.

Rose Water, Aqua Purified, Vegetable Glycerin, Dimethicone, USP Talc, Iron Oxide, Vitamin E, Flavor Oil, Phenoxyethanol
