Do you provide returns ?

Unfortunately due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns.

If you had any issues with your order, such as wrong item shipped or broken just contact us at hello@aceofheartscosmetics.com 

please make sure to provide your full name, order # and of course the issue to receive the best customer service.

 Do you do issue refunds?

Refunds are only provided after 24 hours of receiving your order.

For only 2 reasons-received the wrong item and does not want to wait for another package or product was received damaged in which photos will need to be provided.

1. How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is 4-7 business day ( Monday-Friday) we do not work during weekends and holiday

Once orders are shipped delivery time is 3-5 days ( Please understand that due to Covid-19 the post office has been overwhelmed so expect some delays)

3. Are your products Vegan & Cruelty Free ?

Yes, all our products use ingredients that are FDA certified and Certified Vegan. Some of our handmade glosses contain coconut oil.

4. Why does my package says delivered, it’s not in my mailbox! Where is my package?

In this situation, we have no control over where your package is. Please contact USPS about a missing package, they will provide you with information on tracking your package.
